The InternFlex process maintains a deliberate separation between learning environments and enterprise engagements. This boundary protects all participants and ensures role clarity throughout.

Stages 01–04

Learning Environment

Entirely within InternFlex. No enterprise exposure. Safe, structured, mentor-guided development.

Transition Layer

Conditional introduction layer. Requires mentor validation. InternFlex facilitates — enterprise decides.

Enterprise Environment

Entirely enterprise-controlled. InternFlex provides feedback infrastructure but has no authority over decisions.
