Initial Assessment
A structured (non-resume-driven) evaluation to understand your learning direction, interests, and baseline capabilities.
Assessment is informational, not eliminatory.
Mentor Assignment
You are matched with an industry practitioner who provides structured oversight and guides your development path.
Project Participation
Engage in internal or simulated projects designed to develop practical problem-solving skills relevant to your interest area.
Projects may be internal exercises or enterprise-adjacent tasks.
Enterprise Introduction
When readiness is validated by your mentor, you may be introduced to enterprise opportunities. This is not guaranteed.
Enterprise introduction is conditional on mentor validation.
